Thank you for your interest in our new rental & event hall! We are located at 3934 Cane Run Road, 40211. Our new hall specializes in small intimate events. We have a multi-use venue which that is an affordable alternative to larger venues. We also have a open catering policy, complimentary wireless internet, sound system & free parking.
Our new event room is available for small intimate events. The new room seats a maximum of 75 (8 per round table @ 8 round tables: 60 inches) (6 per round table @ 2 round tables: 48 inches) & (8 per rectangular table @ 10 tables: 72 inches). Feel free to mix & match table styles as desired. Maximum 10-11 tables may be placed at once for best comfort. In addition, we can provide 80 chairs, several (4) cocktail style tables & (6) bar stools to accommodate approx. 75-80 people. We also offer the facility with options of no seating or partial seating allowing more standing space and increased capacity. Maximum capacity standing room only is 100 people. Tables and chairs are portable and can be removed at any time. Décor and furniture from other vendors are welcomed.
We also host events at our facility be sure to look at the calendar for upcoming events.

If you decide to cancel the event you will forfeit the initial security/damage deposit ONLY.
2. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the date of the event which is refundable if you decide to cancel within 7 days of the event.
3. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of the event are non-refundable.

Dates are available on first-come, first serve basis. A damage deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking to secure the event. Once you click the link above please enter the appropriate amount due. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled event. You may cancel 7 days prior to the event but will lose the initial deposit (security/damage deposit). Any cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event will forfeit a refund. By clicking the link and paying the deposit you agree to the terms mentioned above. Only a deposit and a signed contract will secure the date. Contracts must be signed within 24 hours of booking the venue.
